Shipping & Store Pickup Policy
- Store Pickup is free (RM0) at our Johor Bahru workshop. We message you on WhatsApp and email when your order is ready to collect.
- Bring your order number and the name on the order. Pickup is during our business hours; the address and hours are at the bottom of every page.
- Delivery is available within Malaysia: Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. We do not ship internationally.
- Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Oversized or special items are quoted by our team before payment.
- Every order is packed and checked by our team before it is handed to the courier.
- Once the parcel is with the courier, we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp and email.
