Pre-order Policy
- Pre-order items are paid in full, including shipping, when you place your order. There is no deposit or balance payment.
- You receive an invoice after payment.
- The expected arrival time is shown on the product page or confirmed by our team before you order. It depends on the supplier.
- If your item has not arrived by the date we gave you, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.
- Pre-order items ship once stock arrives. We notify you when your order has shipped.
- If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, they are shipped separately.
