Cancellation & Refund Policy
- To cancel an order, message us through the chat on this site with your order number as early as possible. Orders that are already packed or shipped may not be cancellable.
- Returns: tell us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, not installed and in their original, complete packaging.
- Installed or used parts, ECU software or tunes that have been flashed, and electrical parts with opened packaging cannot be returned unless they are faulty (see the Warranty Policy).
- Wrong or damaged item: message us through the chat within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We pay the return shipping.
- Change of mind: you pay the return shipping.
- Approved refunds are processed by our team to your original payment method or by bank transfer. We confirm the timing with you.
