APT Evolution Smart Methanol Injection Kit (Smart 4 / Smart 6)

The APT Evolution Smart Kit is the nozzle side of a water-methanol injection setup. A distribution adapter takes the feed from your pump and splits it to one port-injection nozzle per intake runner, so every cylinder gets the same share of the mist instead of one nozzle spraying into the charge pipe. Choose the Smart 4 Kit for a four-cylinder engine or the Smart 6 Kit for a six-cylinder engine.

The nozzles: APT's SMART series atomisers use 316 stainless-steel cores, so the spray volume stays consistent from nozzle to nozzle. They are designed not to leak and not to be pulled open by intake vacuum (anti-leak and anti-negative-pressure design). If a nozzle clogs, it can be cleared by blowing air through it without taking it out of the manifold. Installation tools are included.

Nozzle size: APT makes these nozzles in 130, 160, 200, 250, 300, 400 and 500 cc/min. The right size depends on the engine and the power level, so tell us your car and setup when you order and we will confirm the size with you.

What you still need: this kit is not a complete injection system. It needs a water-methanol tank, pump and controller to feed the distribution adapter. Ask us which system suits your car.

Installation: each nozzle is fitted into its own intake runner, which normally means drilling and tapping the manifold, so professional fitting is recommended. UNDER10 can fit and set it up at our shop in Johor Bahru.

Safety: methanol is toxic and highly flammable. Fill and store it with care, keep it away from heat and sparks, and route the lines away from hot exhaust parts.
